Tranquility is a nutritional supplement which contains a blend of vitamins, minerals and amino acids recognized as important to areas involved in stress management. Two primary ingredients are myo-inositol and valerian root, both of which exert beneficial effects on insomnia and anxiety. Additionally, myo-inositol has been shown to lower serum triglyceride and cholesterol levels.

INGREDIENTS: Proprietary blend (isolated soy protein (soy), choline bitartrate, inositol, lecithin (soy), ribonucelic acid yeast, valerian root extract, adenosine triphosphate), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose, dl-alpha tocopheryl acetate, calcium aspartate, silicon dioxide, ascorbic acid, stearic acid, niacinamide, magnesium amino acid chelate, vitamin A palmitate, hydroxypropylcellulose, d-calcium pantothenate, thiamine HCl, dicalcium phosphate, pyridoxine HCl, riboflavin, folic acid, cholecalciferol, biotin, cyanocobalamin.
DIRECTIONS: As a Dietary Supplement, take one capsule three times daily with meals.
